Sri Lanka is ready for yet another victory in this event as the country won in 2014, defeating India by six wickets.

Also, this country has been to the T20 World Cup finals two times without a win, in 2009 against Pakistan and 2012 against West Indies.

1. Dasun Shanaka (Captain)

Madagamagamage Dasun Shanaka, captain of the Sri Lankan National Cricket team, is a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium bowler who plays as an all-rounder.

Dasun made his National debut team in 2015, who represents himself with a jersey number 7. Shanaka currently plays for domestic teams Sinhalese Sports Club and Chittagong Vikings.

2. Avishka Fernando

Weerahandige Inol Avishka Fernando is a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler who is also known as the team’s opening batsman.

Fernando made his National team debut in 2016 who represents with a jersey number of 28. He plays for the domestic teams, Colts Cricket Club, and Chittagong Vikings.

3. Kusal Janith Perera
