Captain Mahmudullah is ready to lead the team to their first victory of the tournament as Bangladesh has never won the T20 World Cup.

Team Bangladesh is placed in group B alongside teams Scotland, Oman, and Papua New Guinea.

Bangladesh with face Scotland as their opening match while face Oman and Papua New Guinea in the following matches.
