Born in November 1984, Ross Taylor made his first-class debut for Central Districts in 2003. The following year, he was selected to play for New Zealand’s Test team in March 2004.
Ross Taylor made his Test debut against Bangladesh in Chittagong and scored 134 in the second innings to become the first New Zealand player to score a century on debut.
